St. Peter’s Rectory Restoration & Renovation

In 2016 through until 2018, RTM performed a massive, coordinated restoration of St. Peter’s historic church and rectory. This assignment included complete upgrades throughout the 14,000 square foot building. It featured a complete restoration of the building’s exterior masonry, existing windows, installation of new vinyl windows, replacement of its slate roofing, copper flashings, gutters, and downpipes, stone replacements, and masonry repointing.

For the rectory, a complete renovation of its interior was performed, including installing new elevator shaft accessibility and modifications to the existing structure to allow for a new stair exit to meet Ontario building codes.
