Roof Tile Management: Expertise

Roof Tile Management has been operating for 35 years, growing the roof tile market in South-Western Ontario. Since opening our doors in 1986, we’ve worked on a variety of iconic Canadian buildings including, the House of Commons Chamber in Ottawa and the Elgin & Winter Garden Theatre in Toronto.

Specializing in interior and exterior restoration of heritage sites, we are committed to maintaining the cultural value of Canada’s most prominent heritage buildings. Heritage sites are a part of our history which is why we work hard to preserve these buildings.

Understanding the Elements of Building Restoration

Our team of hardworking craftspeople, project managers and planners work hard to make our clients happy and deliver the wow factor.

Since restoration projects often require an upgrade inside and outside, we offer an extensive list of many interior and exterior restoration services. For example, some of our services include:

  • Structural stabilization
  • Plasterwork
  • Framing
  • Drywall
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical
  • Painting
  • Millwork
  • Hardware

Our commitment to restoration doesn’t stop there! Read on to discover some of the exterior services Roof Tile Management offers.

Speciality Roofing

We offer two types of roofing services: commercial and residential. Our roofing systems include natural slate tiles, composite, clay tile and cedar.

A roof is a primary element of any building. Over time, a roof can deteriorate due to weather and general ageing. Restoring your roof is a sustainable option that is a good choice for your building and the environment!

One of our roofing services includes slate roofing. This type of roofing is prominent for historic buildings due to the design elements involved. For example, the pattern and design elements of a slate roof often reflect a historic government building. As a result, we take pride in the craftsmanship behind restoring these types of roofs.

Exterior Restoration Services

We offer exterior solutions for heritage buildings. Preserving the outside of a site is equally as important as maintaining the interior look. For example, we provide a range of restoration and conservation services such as:

  • Facade retention
  • Masonry conservation and preservation
  • Roman stone reproduction and installation
  • Stone and masonry consolidation and chemical treatments

In addition to heritage masonry, Roof Tile Management also offers metal-clad window restoration. For example, this includes the replacement of single pan glass to thermal pane glass while maintaining the same profile and overall design. Our ability to enhance existing structures such as windows is what sets our team apart from competitors. In addition, our main objective is consistent with all of our projects: recreate the existing profile while restoring its visual attributes.

Custom Woodwork and Sheet Metal Services

We offer both custom woodwork and sheet metal services. Our in-house woodworking shop features a team of experienced carpenters dedicated to replicating wood profiles. For example, these profiles include casings, trims, wooden doors and frames, window sashes and brick moulds. In addition, our team customizes every type of metal including, sheet metal, copper, lead-coated copper, lead, zinc, stainless steel and more! Regardless of the job, our team’s goal is to either replicate original designs or improve them.

Preserving Canadian Heritage Buildings

As a leading heritage restoration company, we’ve had the opportunity to work on iconic historic sites in Canada. While each project involves different teams, materials and timelines, the goal is always the same. We’re committed to restoring and enhancing elements of cultural buildings. We take pride in the specialized treatment required of many buildings by delivering exceptional results.

Backed by a team of professionals dedicated to the craft of restoration, Roof Tile Management is committed to enhancing and recreating the integrity of historic buildings.
